The Dronagiri is a node of Navi Mumbai in Raigad district in Maharashtra State. The zone is adjacent to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPT). Due to its proximity to the port, this zone is ideal for port-based industries. Dronagiri Node is planned by CIDCO Ltd. Here, CONWARE provides an array of off-dock services to the export-import trade by carrying CFS and Warehousing activities on commercial properties leased by CIDCO Ltd. at Sector 2, Dronagiri Node. CONWARE has core competence in developing Container Freight Station (CFS) and Warehousing facilities for international ports in India. The CFS and Warehousing facilities of CONWARE are wholly equipped for secure handling and on time delivery of cargo, whether it is over dimensional, perishable, temperature sensitive or standard cargo. CONWARE obtained on 60 year lease Plot-2 admeasuring 1,07,748.92 m2 (~ 26.63 Acres) from CIDCO w.e.f 15.12.1994 for establishing a Container Freight Station (CFS). This State of the Art CFS located at Dronagiri Node, Navi Mumbai commenced operations in 1999 and is located within 19 Kms of the JN Port [Nhavasheva] and connected with NSICT, JNPT, GTI terminals. With some noteworthy infrastructure like Heavy Duty Reach Stackers, RTG Cranes, Reefer plug points and a Weight Bridge, CFS is the largest area wise amongst various CFSs in the Dronagiri Node. It has 26 Acres concreted/paver blocked floodlit yard, a fleet of dedicated trailers for movement of containers, 52,500 Sq.ft of storage space with 4 Warehouses and fully computerized Facilities. To ensure that a highly motivated team handles operations efficiently, backed by knowledge, skill and computerized systems where safety and quality are given paramount importance to maintain the high levels of efficiency, this CFS is operated, managed, maintained, equipped and maintained by M/s GAD Logistics(I) Pvt. Ltd. since 05/2022(Interim Arrangement).
